Baked Cheesy Greek Yogurt Dip (for one)

Yields1 Serving
Prep Time5 minsCook Time25 minsTotal Time30 mins
½ cup Plain Greek YogurtI use Olympic Krema yogurt, (which I guess isn't actually greek) but up to you. The thicker the better.
 ¼ cup Cream Cheese
  cup Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
  cup Havarti Cheese (Grated)
 ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
 ½ tsp Basil
 ½ tsp Thyme
 ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp Sea Salt (or to taste)Coarse, pre-ground, whatever
 Baguette or crackers for dipping

This recipe was made as a single serve cheese dip but you could double or triple it and I'm sure it'll still work. Or if you're alone (like I was when I made this) and you really want cheese dip this could pretty much be an entire meal.

1

Preheat oven to 350° (Fahrenheit).

2

Grate the cheese and mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Leave a little bit of cheese to add on top. You could mix it right in the baking dish if you're feeling lazy.

3

Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes (20-25 if you've doubled or tripled the recipe). Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese looks nice and melty.
