
1 kg Bag of Hash Brown Potatoes (Cubed)
2 cups Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
2 Cream of Mushroom Soup (Cans of)
2 cups Sour Cream
1 Onion (Chopped) *Optional
Oven Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° (Fahrenheit).

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish except for half the cheese. Sprinkle the extra cheese on top and cover.

Place in the oven for 60 minutes. After the hour remove the cover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Slow Cooker Instructions

Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours. Be sure to stir often. If you are not able to stir often turn the slow cooker down to a lower setting so it doesn't burn the edges.
