I had no idea crepes were so versatile, they can be easily made savory or sweet with a variety of fillings &#8211; just use your imagination!<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<div class=\"cooked-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\" class=\"cooked-single-ingredient cooked-ingredient cooked-ing-no-checkbox\"><span class=\"cooked-ing-amount\" data-decimal=\"1.5\">1 &#189;<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-measurement\">cups<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-name\">Flour<\/span><\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\" class=\"cooked-single-ingredient cooked-ingredient cooked-ing-no-checkbox\"><span class=\"cooked-ing-amount\" data-decimal=\"2\">2<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-measurement\"><\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-name\">Eggs<\/span><\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\" class=\"cooked-single-ingredient cooked-ingredient cooked-ing-no-checkbox\"><span class=\"cooked-ing-amount\" data-decimal=\"2.25\">2 &#188;<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-measurement\">cups<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-name\">Milk (can use almond or oat)<\/span><\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\" class=\"cooked-single-ingredient cooked-ingredient cooked-ing-no-checkbox\"><span class=\"cooked-ing-amount\" data-decimal=\"0.25\">&#188;<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-measurement\">cup<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-name\">Butter (melted)<\/span><\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\" class=\"cooked-single-ingredient cooked-ingredient cooked-ing-no-checkbox\"><span class=\"cooked-ing-amount\" data-decimal=\"3\">3<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-measurement\">tbsp<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-name\">Rum or whiskey<\/span><\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\" class=\"cooked-single-ingredient cooked-ingredient cooked-ing-no-checkbox\"><span class=\"cooked-ing-amount\" data-decimal=\"1\">1<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-measurement\">pinch<\/span> <span class=\"cooked-ing-name\">Salt<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-ingredient cooked-heading\">Fillings<\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\" class=\"cooked-single-ingredient cooked-ingredient cooked-ing-no-checkbox\"><span class=\"cooked-ing-name\">Chopped sauteed mushrooms, spinach, onions | thawed raspberries with icing sugar | sliced ham and cheese<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<div class=\"cooked-recipe-directions\">\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 1\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Break the eggs in a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mix the remaining wet ingredients with the egg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pour the flour in a separate bowl and make a well for the liquids.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the liquid ingredients and mix with the whisk until the batter is smooth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cover and set the batter aside and let rest for minimum 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>When you are ready to cook the crepes, heat a large flat frying pan under medium heat. (a few minutes to preheat)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Spray pan lightly with vegetable oil and then using a soup ladle, pour one ladle of batter into the pan, and turn the pan from side to side to let the batter flow in the pan and fill it (should be fairly thin).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Let the crepe cook for 2-3 minutes, you will see that it is cooking when the batter looks &#8216;dry&#8217;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Carefully flip the crepe and let cook for an additional minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Flip out of the pan and enjoy with your favourite fillings!
