Preheat oven to 325 degrees<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, chia seeds, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a separate bowl beat the two eggs, then add the brown sugar, coconut oil, milk, vanilla and mix well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix and stir to combine. Add nuts if using.
