Kale Apple Sausage Saute - a quick dinner for those who love kale

 2 Bunches of Kale (Washed & Shredded) Note: The kale shrinks a lot! Extra is always better.
 2 Apples (Chopped into 1/2 Inch Pieces)Can be less if desired.
 ½ Onion (Diced)
 4 Italian Sausages (Chopped)Can be less if desired.
 1 cup Chicken Broth
 ½ tsp Curry Powder

Brown sausage in a large wok or pan.

Once cooked add onion and sauté until onion is translucent. Add apples and cook for another minute.

Add shredded kale and broth to pan. Sprinkle with curry powder and cover until kale is tender (2-6 minutes). Note: the kale shrinks a lot! Extra is better.

Serve hot with naan bread.
