
Brown sausage in a large wok or pan.
Once cooked add onion and sauté until onion is translucent. Add apples and cook for another minute.
Add shredded kale and broth to pan. Sprinkle with curry powder and cover until kale is tender (2-6 minutes). Note: the kale shrinks a lot! Extra is better.
Serve hot with naan bread.
